What to expect:
EACH APPLICANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL THE WORKSHOPS PRESENTED BY THE 3 FACILITATORS  in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the 3 ARTS.

WORKSHOP TIME SCHEDULE
Saturday 27September,
Orientation at 9:30
Then candidates will be divided into 3 groups.
Workshops will follow at 10:00
Lunch will be from 14:30 to 15:30
Industry guest from 18:30 to 19:30
Dismissed at 19:30

Sunday 28 September,
Question and answer session with Malie, Karen and Ivor at 9:30
Workshops will commence at 10:00
Lunch will be from 13:00 to 14:00
Industry guests from 14:00 to 15:00
workshops until 18:00

Dismissed

Backing tracks, vocal exercise CDs, and reference notes will be provided.
Water will be provided during the course.

There are LOCKERS available free of charge in the studio for any valuables. For the use of your own locker, you need to bring a SMALL LOCK and it’s yours for the weekend.  Highly recommended.

The Dance Junction is a fabulous studio with ample restroom facilities. The Dance Junction has also been the rehearsal venue for many productions such as SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER, AFRICAN FOOTPRINT, STRICTLY COME DANCING and many more… .

Please bring a snack for breaks.

Ensure that you bring a jacket or warm clothing.
